Exactly what you need for deep sleep!

Wow - I just loved this listen! With so many of us struggling these days with being able to get deep sleep due to busy lives and worries, this book was exactly what I've been looking for to help me drop into deep sleep. The voice of the narrator was so soothing I immediately felt like I could finally stop overthinking and get the proper rest I've been looking for. Great book for troubled sleepers

My husband has always had trouble with sleep. He has always described the issue being "I just can't turn my brain off". In turn, it seems like this leads to brain fog, which makes him so aggravated! After a few days of very fitful sleep, which only lasts a few hours anyway, he can't organize his thoughts, he seems to have no ability to concentrate, and the frustration this gives him makes everything just get worse. Finally after days of this cycle, he's so exhausted that he finally gets some deep sleep, but the days leading up to that are such a struggle. So, I got this book to see if it is something I could help him, and I can't wait to show it to him. I think the techniques in this book will be a game changer for him. They are well laid out and easy to understand. I also enjoyed the narration in the book. Highly recommend!

Sleep Like a Baby Again!

I was skeptical at first, but this book has been a true lifesaver for my sleep routine. The guided meditations are calming, and the self-hypnotherapy exercises really help quiet my mind at bedtime. Each night, I find myself falling asleep faster, with less tossing and turning. The positive affirmations are an awesome touch, and I wake up feeling more refreshed than I have in years. I’ve struggled with insomnia for years, so I decided to give this a try. Honestly, I didn’t expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised! Self help tips with meditation

When you have experienced insomnia, you will understand that it is easier said than done to relax your mind and try to sleep. Especially when menopause kicks in, it is even harder to have a good night's sleep. This audiobook helps me with useful tips that I can practice, as well as guided meditation before going to sleep. The books starts with a series of self help guides, like rewiring your mind and silence overthinking, These are very useful tips for me as I tend to non-stop thinking about work even in the bed. And when sleep time comes, I can listen to the chapter with a guided meditation, which really helps! It is a long and relaxing listening that helps me relax my mind and help me fall asleep.

Soothing Stress Relief and Sleep Aid
