Really clear and sensible

I have found this book to be really accessible, helpful and sensible. it is really helpful that they debunk some of the myths which are out there online, and stick to evidence based research.

Helpful

Useful descriptions of how the health service deals with breast cancer, but far too dismissive of nutrition as a means by which cancer can be limited.
