Has a few polotholes, but not too bad

Disclaimer: I'm a Christian but I'm still not sure where to put most Christian fiction... It seems to me that most of them (This one is no exception.) are meant for entertainment with a does of indoctrination, aka: futile attempt to reinforce a Christian reader's / listener's / viewer's faith. It's like Christian authors seriously believe that an imaginary character's miraculous victory can strengthen someone's beliefs... If it's a true story aka testimony, then I get it, but fiction?!?! :D Therefore I'll try to overlook the bias of the story and I'll be as objective as I can.
Btw, I have the same problem with progressive bias, except it's worst because... tolerance. ;)

The characters seem fine to me, that's probably the best part except maybe Reed... We never find out what makes her so heartless... I get it she's jealous, but that doesn't seems enough motivation for her actions.

There is a bit of telling vs showing problem, for example: We are told the doctor does research, and still working on the antidote, but we never actually see him working on it.

I found the world building a bit shallow.
For example seeing people's reaction to government pushed covid vaccination I could imagine the government mandating something insane like sap, but I could hardly imagine everyone just playing along nicely... People are rioting against forced vaccination you know, I've seen it, plus faith is not even a disease. Would everyone just accept regular injections for no real reason? I hardly think so... Where are the rioters? Who funds the whole charade? Plotholes...
Other example: Can you seriously expect me to believe that a single doctor's under cover actions would provide enough evidence to overthrow the system? How so? In reality it would only serve to destroy his own reputation... Another plothole...

Finally the audio quality is pretty crap for a while somewhere at the middle...
