Outstanding Book for Agency Owners
This book is a must listen to if you run a digital agency. Everything is broken down into really easy to understand and actionable advice with lots of examples so that you can easily apply to your own agency and deliver the best experience possible for your clients

Crucial details left out of Audio format
There was a lot of unique, actionable content here - especially around calculating retention rates, giving industry averages, and showcasing some ways of improving the onboarding process. I would have given it 5 stars, but there were 20+ references to content which was only available in the “ebook version of this book”. Not even online as a free download. I’m not buying a book twice, so this was incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
