A great resource for natural care
This book changed how I see castor oil. I had no idea it could be used for so many things: skin, hair, health remedies. The recipes are easy to follow and use simple ingredients I already had at home.

An old technique made new again
I have heard from my grandmother all her uses for castor oil. I wanted to see what all the hubbub was about and found this audiobook. This book brings the uses of castor oil into the 21st century with over 100 simple recipes to make my life better. I am hooked on its uses; my skin is so much healthier than it has ever been. I have not seen some of the other improvements just yet, but I am still using it and trying all the different recipes. If you are tired of buying product after product online and not seeing results, give this one a try.

Learn to make good use of castor
This is like an all-rounded handbook on using castor oil for beauty and home use. I have been using aromatherapy for many years and recently started using castor oil as one of the base oils, especially for making lip and hair oils. I am glad to listen to this audiobook to discover even more recipes for using this oil and learn its many other benefits. The book also includes a long list of recipes for skincare, haircare, digestion, muscle, etc, and even for environmental use like pest control and candle making. You will indeed find something useful for you in this book. If you have castor oil at home but are unsure how to use it, don't wait but listen to this audiobook.

So Many Practical Uses
I had no idea castor oil could do so much until I listened to this! I originally picked it out to help with my dry skin, but now I’m also going to use it for my hair and a few DIY remedies around the house.
