There is detail about pretty much all avenues of real estate investing. The explanations are spot on. Examples are given for easy understanding and the book flows very well from one subject to the next.

A good book Indeed!
Learning the best methods to suit the individual application to make a good income. The way to become independent, be wiser when doing that. We can use a different kinds of strategies to make it work. Here so many good strategies are discussed.
