Lovely and inspiring.

Becky Hall's "The Art of Enough" is an interesting exploration of what it means to be and to have enough. There are journaling prompts and exercises at the end of each chapter, which I found surprisingly helpful and enlightening. Overall, a lovely and inspiring read.
