Great Information

I have a very close friend who suffers from anxiety and we are working together on this workbook (as I also suffer the same). I think there are some really good positive suggestions in this book but it will take longer to see real changes. So far, this is awesome.

Will help you so much!! Buy the book!!

Amazingly healpful and so interactive. You could do it alone but I recommend doing it with a counselor or therapist since it is a cognitive workbook. I also bought a different anxiety and phobia workbook that I am doing first and then I will start this one. I feel the more knowledge you can have the better. I thought I knew so much about anxiety till I started reading these. Very informative!!

This book is great for self discovery

I like this book a lot. It’s sectioned into an intro and 7 weeks of guided CBT. It’s interactive enough that I don’t lose focus, and informational and clear enough that it’s very easily readable.

Highly Recommend!

I've been around the anxiety block a few times in my 68 years and find this workbook to be very helpful. Reading and working through it I've picked up even more info that helps me look at my anxiety rationally. To understand that you aren't alone and that there's a reason for it deflate the whole anxiety cycle. You won't be rid of your anxiety but will gain some tools to help in your lifelong relationship with it. Also, no you don't have to read the book cover to cover- the intro discusses various ways of digesting it.

The Cure!

This workbook is life-changing. Granted, there is a lot of work you must put into it. I dedicated an hour every day to doing the worksheets and reading the book, and it still took about a month to complete. Definitely worth every second I invested in putting forth the effort to rid myself of anxiety. If your serious about overcoming anxiety and doing the work to make it happen, then this book is for you. It's like going through an intense 4-6 week CBT Therapy Bootcamp....but afterward, the rewards and relief are priceless!

Quite satisfying

I acquired this book to help comprehend what my better half is experiencing. So all things considered the last 50% of the book was useful. As a man, I will, in general, be the "fixer" in the relationship and the activities helped me comprehend that my job with her uneasiness was to be all the more help and do whatever it takes not to fix what she is feeling.

Interesting and informative approach

Reframing the picture. Examining the issue from a multitude of perspectives. Accepting everything is not black and white but shades of gray. A cognitive approach to changing negative behavior. Hope!
