I finished it, it must have been good!
Great mix of content that provided many insights and practical applications of ideas discussed, backed by research. I start many books but this was one I actually finished which is rare. Thanks for the audio format and very engaging narration x

The stories and tips
The narrator was great, the voice, pace and tone was really nice to listen to. The book contains many stories which together with the tips and "rules" makes this book a must have if you are a manager, work in hr, recruitment or just want to know more about communication. Highly recommended.

Good start, then becomes turgid
Great start with some clear thoughts - very valuable.
Then, after a while, it all gets very turgid - like walking in tar.
Sounds like someone is reading a dull textbook, with little feeling, little new information, just going round and round in circles.
I couldn't hack through this any more, so got a refund and re-credit.
Shame, because the first hour or so was great.
Ah well, not such a Supercommunicator then ;)
