A lot of interesting info but a little dry

I really enjoyed it and it contains a vast amount of learings and info, but can get a little dry in places.

software development best practice book

I have loved the book, it goes in details on how to resolve most complex issues in software development by applying best practices. is a must read.

Mildly interesting

Some good advice at the beginning. Later it becomes too focused on engineering manager work which has significantly less popular allure.
