BEST AUDIO BOOK....

This book is basically a walk through on Social Anxiety Disorder. It talks about what the symptoms might or might not look like. The book talks about what situations would possibly provoke a situation. Medications and other treatments are listed and talked about.

The best guide

A nice book to successfully deal with social anxiety. There are so many useful suggestions that we can apply to our daily lives. And the given powerful tactics to overcome social anxiety are very logical and I think would be very effective to conquer awkward situations.

ideal book

This is a great book! Even if you don't think you don't suffer from anxiety it gives great coping skills for multiple life situations. The best was helping to get rid of the "guilt" factor. I applaud the author for making this information so understandable and relatable to so many life experiences.I hope there are more publications to come!

A Complete Guide for stock anxiety

As someone who has suffered and has lived with Social Anxiety for many years, I find this book a breath of fresh air. It is filled with great ideas on how to cope with and overcome Social Anxiety.

highly recommended

I suffer from debilitating anxiety and it's been extremely bad the past 9 months. This book is perfect. It's written perfectly and you can tell that the book was intended as a tool to help people with anxiety. I have a few others by different authors and they're junk. I definitely recommend this.

This book explain everything in a simple yet it educates you more about anxiety. Mostly even I mixed up the judgement of introverts are the same with people who have social anxiety where in it is really different. Very informative book for and best to know the tactics on how you can overcome it.

Amazing book

I have had troubles with having social anxiety. This book has wonderful tips that I am definitely going to use. The author does a great job with explaining different techniques to try when you are having problems with anxiety.
