About this listen
It’s two years after the events of ‘Girl, Missing’ and life is not getting any easier for sixteen-year-old Lauren, as exam pressure and a recent family tragedy take their toll. Lauren’s birth mother takes Lauren and her two sisters on holiday in the hope that some time together will help, but a few days into the holiday one of the sisters disappears, under circumstances very similar to those in which Lauren was taken years before. Can Lauren save her sister, and stop the nightmare happening all over again?
A sensational sequel for older children, from acclaimed author Sophie McKenzie. Read by Kim Hicks.

Excellent second book
I really enjoyed the first book (Girl,Missing) and so when I found out there was another book in the series I just had to get it. I must say it was just as good as the first, it gripped me totally and I couldn't stop listening. The author has done such a great job as you feel everything the characters are feeling. The narrator is good too, took me a while to get into her again but I have to say I couldn't imagine it being read by anyone else.
Highly recommended, very good story line and enjoyed it from beginning to end. I've now bought the last book in the series (I think/assume) and can't wait to listen to it.
I think this is an ideal story for teenagers and above, I'm in my twenties and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Give it a try, you won't regret it...make sure you listen to th first book first though!

This book was not for me
The story was poor and the American narration in places was whiny and harsh. I finished it but I skipped chapters and still got to the same conclusion. It didn’t hold my interest I’m afraid. I was disappointed.

Disappointing book. Waste of a credit.
After reading book one, Girl missing, which I thoroughly enjoyed, I looked forward with much anticipation to this follow on. But unlike the first book, I found the story line rather ridiculous and predictable. The constant near death experiences that were survived were almost impossible and unbelievable. I nearly gave up on the book as I was bored with it but I persevered until the end, which was sad and probably the most believable bit of the whole book! I see there is a third book called Missing Me but am unsure whether to risk buying it.
