Wonderful first in series
Lou flees here Mafioso mother when her coach is murdered. She wants the freedom to pursue her ice skating. She and her bodyguard Rafael hide out in a tiny town, which has an ice rink, there she meets two very different but equally intriguing men. This is a great story with steam, humour and danger. Can't wait for the next book.
The narrators do an fantastic job.

Great audio
Audio is great, narrators are fabulous. Plot of the story was ok but did not make sense at times. Not one I would reread but I will move onto the next book just to see what happens.

A spin on a fantastic story
Book 1 in the series. It’s a why choose story . The heroine is Luciana Cordova. Her family is the most powerful and deadliest mafia family anyone knows . This story has it all , Luciana is an ice princess ( ice skates ) and the heir to the cartel . She’s a strong heroine, never backs down, thinks on her feet . Luciana has one goal to take part in the Winter Olympics . Her men also bring something to the table , they complete her . Something goes wrong so Luciana and her bodyguard Rafael has to hightail it out of town of Texas to a small unknown town in Canada . It does end on cliffhanger.
The performance of Valentina Ortiz, Aaron Shedlock, Pun Bandhu, Benjamin Charles hits it right on. They brought the character to life and all the scenes
