About this listen
Considered by the author to be his finest work yet, this is a novel of realistic detail, heartfelt emotion, and dazzling imagination that builds a world listeners won't want to leave and spins a tale they won't want to end.
In a town of amazing magicks, where the real and the imagined live side by side and the Faerie of legend know the automatons of the future, Time sees all - but even he cannot escape the prophecy of James Hart's return, which can only mean the death of Shadows Fall.
Performed by Scott McCormick, Torian Brackett, John Kielty, Dawn Ursula, Robb Moreira, Terence Aselford, Jenna Sharpe, Eric Messner, Marni Penning, Rose Elizabeth Supan, Mort Shelby, Richard Rohan, Christopher Graybill, Ken Jackson, Nanette Savard, Peter Holdway, Colleen Delany, Kay Elúvian, Lydia Kraniotis, Rob McFadyen, Michael John Casey, Tony Nam, Steve Wannall, James Lewis, and Alejandro Ruiz.

Shadow …
Will Shadow Fall a town protested by fairy survive , the Fae must release the Sleeper to fight . Pick the only fae not beautiful but withered and affected by the creatures and munitions he is Master of . So will the Fae survive ? And will The town survive? Brilliantly written and so cleverly acted .

Great story
Big fan of Simon R Green and this is one of his best. Fantastic performances, engaging plot arc, a veritable feast for the imagination.
Marked down 1 star because I just can't cope with the graphic audio production. It's overwhelming and not at all neuro-divergent friendly. Can't wear earphones and have to have the phone/laptop on the other side of the room. Also very shrill, uncomfortable listening experience.

ok
I think this was not my favourite story from the author, I got a bit lost in the middle, maybe I'll give it another listen
