very interesting. worth another listen

a quick listen but some profound takeaways. some of it seemed a bit heady and might require another listen through to absorb more but a great introduction into the concepts of Buddhism from a secular standpoint - which as an atheist made it much more relatable.

Revommend as a quick and easy introduction to buddism. Book is not too long and very 'approachable'. Narration was good.

Such a lovely book.

Purchased as an audio book, this was such a pleasure to listen to. For me personally, it's the most meaningful book on Buddhism I've come across. I would highly recommend it.
