But now Otherland is out of control.

Fleeing through broken realities, a small band of adventurers struggle to avert the nightmare that Otherland could become. The only hope may lie in an alliance with their enemy. But time is running out - and Otherland's most terrifying secret is yet to be revealed.

Increadible story and great audio version

Absolute genius story telling. I'd read the four books years ago and the audio version was no disappointment.
Highly recommended

Great story

I've read the series a few times and for me Otherland is one of the best reads ever. This was the first time as an audiobook and George Newbern did a great job narrating such a long story with an endless number of characters. I'm sure I will listen to it again in the future.

Just wonderful

I've listened to this series back to back for the past 2 months. In the beginning, I just couldn't work out what was happening, but I persevered and soon became engaged in the characters and the story.
I have to admit, there were passages where I glossed over bits where I may have missed a bit, but it was never an issue. it's a bit like Tolkien at times, very descriptive.
But the overall story carried me through; the characters are fully formed, with a very few of them feeling a bit one-dimensional, but it was fitting for the place they were set.
And this final book! the ending had me in tears, it was incredibly emotional without being sappy.
I will listen to it all again one day, and enjoy visiting old friends.

Ireally loved this book. Characterisation excellent. Brought to life by the production. Sad it is finished.
