Summary
Most humans have fallen prey to the scorch. Only one will rise...a hero.
Who would have imagined that war would turn out to be one of the good guys? Yes, one of the four horsemen of the apocalypse - that war! Mere mortal Chloe Etain did, that's who.
She's still an unstoppable human and he's still an immovable beast, and now, they know how to stop the other horsemen. But, will Bram surrender to his beast, losing himself completely in the process, all to save Earth and humanity? All to save...her?

Fab!
I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.
As book one it’s aimed at young adults but I really enjoyed it and would listen to them both again.
Am eagerly awaiting book three now.

Brilliant
I was given this free book, I promised to leave an honest and voluntary review on audible once I'm done.
This 2nd instalment is just as gripping as the first book, it's brilliantly written and the narration is of course just as good as the 1st book.
The mythological aspect is a nice addition, the plots, twist and turns keep you on edge.
It's an epic fantasy tale that's totally enjoyable,
you'll not be disappointed by this serise.
