Grateful
This Audio book, feels like less of a book and more of a personal conversation. Where Jeff Foster speaks to you personally.
As someone who already knows a lot of the content he speaks about, our inability to escape the now, our relation to all that exist etc
I find this a complete blessing because he is not talking at you, like a lot of audio books do, he is talking to you.
This will be great to come back to every so often, to recalibrate. If needed.

Jeff Powers is fantastic
Really enjoyed these teachings. So simple yet so life-changing. Jeff reminds you things you should already know but get lost somewhere in the searching for answers.
