Craving for more!
For someone at the beginning of his Leadership carrier it's an excellent lecture. The stories are captivating and Mr. Carayol's performance is phenomenal. There is no actor who could have presented it with so much passion.
It depicts the style of a workaholic Leader which wants to prove himself in any condition and under any circumstances. It is honest about what could go wrong when someone is aiming just to win and is only focused on that without considering risks or personal limitations.
