Incomplete with poor quality pdf
The book itself seems fine.
BUT
There are tables referenced in the text that are not actually given in the audio book and (fair enough) but not given in the pdf (absolutely not OK).
Copies of the training plans at the end of the book ARE included in the pdf
BUT
the content is very poor. It looks like they got somebody to literally scan a book by hand. And for some reason chose the lowest resolution possible. It's not even straight.
To my mind if parts of the text are going to be left out then that should be clearly marked so the buyer is aware.
The narration is certainly good - but that doesn't make up for the lazy production of the audio book.
I returned it and got my credit back.

Missing lots of information in the PDF
Not fit for purpose. A lot of the workouts and tables are not included in the accompanying PDF. They aren’t read by the voice actor either. I can’t return either because I listened for too long. 🤷

Lack of accompanying PDF information
Good book and easy to listen to but there are so many tables etc mentioned that aren’t included in the accompanying PDF so it’s not really suitable as an audiobook.
