An audiobook which will push you to think posit



This audiobook was a reminder for me. It was a reminder to watch my thoughts and how they affect my mood. It was a reminder to be careful about how I talk to myself and others. It was a reminder to make sure my thoughts are serving me, instead of hindering my performance. Needless to say - it was quite a reminder!

Brain training best guide. F

Fantastic book. Gained great insight. Exercises were helpful. Especially liked the chapter about the undertow because everyone fails at one point in their way to change. It's how you recover that makes all the difference. Highly recommended.

Fascinating book!


The very helpful advice in an easy to understand format. This book was able to clearly and simply distill the complexities of the mind and all of the factors that require our awareness, I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this book.

Absolutely love it

Wonderful bundle with a lot of value for a credit. I loved the music and the all-around positive vibes. SUCH great audio to put on to quickly change your mood for the better. Such a great way to change your mentality for the better. It's so much better to go through life with a positive and resilient mindset.

The author outlining why these positive affirmations is a necessary must. Understanding why it's important is the first key to a better life. Hearing the many affirmations themselves makes one realize their potential.

I'm glad he offered this.


This is a series of meditations that can do us all some good. It is not a one time deal, surely, so I listen to them often. Sometimes the voice is overly enunciated so that feels strange, but if you can overlook the dual tone of the "info" vs. the experience of meditation then you should be ok. I'm glad he offered this.

Good guided meditation''


Over 4 weeks I listened daily and greatly reduced my anxiety. I went on to study meditation which has been of great physical and mental benefit to me. Hanson also explains the physiology of stress/anxiety that leads the listener to have better control over their thoughts, actions, feelings. I highly recommend.
