Very interesting but almost a political statement
This started off really interesting. It started to turn into a political statement - almost like a pre-election statement. Still enjoyed the book - I do agree with his ideas. Interesting to hear that France has very similar issues to ourselves in the UK.

The ideas of France's President
M. Macron shows his single minded character and goes someway into explaining his desired mission to transfor and modernise the French nation. His often arrogant tone is not off putting, but rather inspiring to hear the words of a serious politician in these times of flimflammery and meaningless popularisum. Narration is somewhat stereotyped of a French voice and this detracts a little from the content.
