Summary
Are you studying for an exam? Or are you simply learning something new? Do you wish there was a safe and natural way to absorb and retain information so it is at your fingertips when you need it the most?
If so, this could be the solution you've been looking for. Expert hypnotherapist and former teacher Lynda Hudson has created four self-hypnosis sessions to help you develop your inner focus and use your brain to its full potential. You will be introduced to powerful accelerated learning techniques that will help you take information in and revise more easily. Furthermore, your ability to recall this knowledge will be more effective than before. Through the powerful techniques of visualisation plus positive suggestion, you will learn how to remain calm, alert, motivated and focused as you study, storing information in a way that you can retrieve it easily at a later date.

Not for me
I gave it my full attention but I’m afraid this is not really for me. Some may benefit from this quick spin around the subject but I was hoping for something a bit deeper!

Great
I feel like this is provably more aimed at the younger kids but anyone could benefit from Lynda 's soothing voice in times of stress, reminding us to be positive and calm.

May work for some but not for me.
What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?
Don't think anything could.
Has Revise and Remember put you off other books in this genre?
Not sure. am sceptical about hypnotherapy.
How did the narrator detract from the book?
I found her tone a little patronising.
If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from Revise and Remember?
Not an appropriate question.
Any additional comments?
I hope this book works for most people who listen to it. I listened purely out of curiosity as I'm not taking any exams at the moment but am not sure it would work even if I was.

Tried to focus.
Having been at University I've tried the hypnotherapy and meditation stuff, but this just wasn't for me
my mind just wonders. The relaxing of the body does help to loosen up and get ready for studying but I
find the tone of the narrator a little creepy (noise-cancelling headphones doesn't help with this, I think).
