Highly informative account
This interesting history flows as well as any well crafted novel. I had not read much about this important part of Russian history and the painful struggles of its people which continue to this day. When will their people be truly free? Essential book, excellent.

Gripping narrative history.
This is a well-read and very well written narrative history of an iconic revolutionary moment. It brings the events to life in a compelling and vivid way - containing much pathos and realism amidst the unfolding drama. Highly recommend for a captivating listen and discovery of the facts behind the propaganda - obscured story.
