Don’t Be Afraid, Were Only Human

I can't say enough good things about Public Speaking: From Stage Fright to Spotlight. Public speaking has always made me nervous, so I've avoided it whenever possible. But after listening to this audiobook, I finally feel like I've got the tools and strategies to overcome my anxiety.
This book's approach is down-to-earth, practical, and genuinely relatable. She explains the psychology of stage fright in a way that makes total sense and then provides actionable steps that anyone can follow. The exercises and examples throughout the book were beneficial. I found myself nodding and recognizing myself in many of her scenarios.
One of the best parts was how this book emphasized authenticity and connecting with the audience rather than focusing on perfect delivery. It's reassuring to know that you don't have to become someone you're not to be a good speaker.
I'd recommend this audiobook to anyone struggling with anxiety about public speaking, whether they're entirely new to the subject or just looking to polish their skills. It made a difference for me!
