This book induces anger
One chapter is the author continually saying you just need a strong willpower to overcome procrastination. He repeats this about one hundred times. Extremely patronising. This book could be a spoof of self-help books, it's that bad.

Well done
This is a very good book to offer to people who are always blaming others for their actions, to teach them how to act and manage their time. I relay enjoy books who can give people useful tips.
