Summary
Magic is fading, and humanity is at the brink of extinction.
Sybil lived and breathed the life of a miner, delving deep into monster-infested caverns and perilous shafts, risking her life to unearth Relics of an ancient past for food and shelter. That is until one day, she discovers a Relic that would change her fate from a simple miner to an Ascended—a Relic that connected her to the magic that was once lost.
[You have acquired the aspect of Fallen Flames.]
A Relic that gave her freedom.

Never ending obstacles
Well, the story is quite good but it is a drag… always close to the goal but then obstacles appear again and again… and read in a depressing voice… it is tiring… Still a good listen though.

Teenage Angst!
The Story is good, the narrator has done a perfect job. Then why the bad review.
The story sometimes go thou encounter marathons that starts and ends about the same way with allot of “Why me!”. It’s to the degree where you just stop listening and just think AND-THEN.
This is a bit annoying but just a minor bump in the storytelling.
But what really broke the immersion thou.
Its the “Whining”
The narrator has captured that to perfection. So good in-fact that it made me ditch the book 1/2 through.
Have enough of that mental torture when you get home from work.
