Great advice distilled into an easy listen

The author has taken a lot of the excellent advice on how to take action on living life in a more Stoic fashion and condensed it into a short easy read/listen. There were also some really good summing up of concepts that other books take far too long to explain, especially the way that logic, physics and ethics were described and how they feed into each other. I'd never seen these concepts explained in such a concise way before.
If you want to apply more Stoicism into your life I'd recommend listening to this book.
