Whoever made the decision to link both of these books together in the same package is an absolute genius!

I can only give these books full marks
I not one to usually leave reviews and when I do I never give full marks, but I am making an exception here.
If you have issues (like I do / did) with anxiety, stress, panic, low confidence and feeling like you are not coping with things well, THESE are the books for you.

Panic attack and stress CURE - well I can only write from my own experience and that is what I got! I hope u do too as panic and anxiety are horrible horrible things but when u finally get rid of them, life can begin again.

Very good bundle if you (like I did) need help with panic attacks, stress, anxiety, even depression / sadness. Also good for shyness and social anxiety I thought

This book has opened my eyes to change
I have listened to this book and already stopped putting myself down .
These next few months will not be easy but I am determined to start living my best life. Having dealt with alot of the issues in this the book for many years I will not spend one more minute not living.
I have also put my name down for a course to become a dog groomer, which starts in the next few weeks. This im sure will be a challenge but its something I have looked into before but done nothing about due to the way I felt. Only I can make the changes there is no magic spell to make everything that feels uncomfortable go away.
Good luck to everyone and I hope this book gives you the same inspiration as it has given me. LETS START LIVING!
