Breaks it down
I like how this book breaks down the causes of overthinking and how they contribute to stress and anxiety into seven steps. Each chapter addresses a specific aspect of overthinking. Breaking down a big topic into smaller more manageable chunks makes it easier to identify and work on our own specific challenges.

A must read for over thinkers
Having read 'Overthinking? - 7 Steps to Finding Peace from Overthinking Stress, Anxiety, and Worry,' I must say it surpassed my expectations. The author's candid admissions about their own combats with overthinking immediately established a connection, making the book relatable. The structured approach in the seven steps was a game-changer for me. What knocked me the most was the concept of metacognition, realizing how much of my life was monopolized by overthinking. It was a wakeup call. The book's soothing narration made it an enjoyable listen. In the end, this book is nothing short of a life-saver for those drowning in the sea of overthinking, providing a substantial path towards peace and stability."

Perfect 7 steps for overcoming overthinking
I recently listened to "Overthinking? - 7 Steps to Finding Peace from Overthinking Stress, Anxiety, and Worry" and it was such an amazing audiobook! As someone who struggles with negative thoughts and emotions due to overthinking, this audiobook was exactly what I needed to take control of my thoughts and find peace.
The author's seven steps, from increasing awareness to evaluating the thoughts causing overthinking, were incredibly helpful in guiding me towards a more positive mindset. I especially resonated with becoming aware of times when overthinking is happening. Overthinking is so consuming that having the metacognition to be able to reflect on how much of my life was being consumed by overthinking was eye-opening! But now, thanks to this audiobook, I'm able to catch myself in the act and take steps to redirect my thoughts.
The narrator was also such a pleasure to listen to. His soothing voice made it easy to focus on the content and absorb the information.
Overall, I would highly recommend "Overthinking? - 7 Steps to Finding Peace from Overthinking Stress, Anxiety, and Worry" to anyone struggling with overthinking, stress, anxiety, or worry. It truly is a life-changing audiobook!
