Relaxing and great to fall asleep to.
I was offered a free recording of this in return for an honest review and was pretty excited about listening to it as I really have struggled with procrastination on and off throughout my life. Well, it's a pretty long track and I'm not sure I've managed to finish it, even subconsciously, as I fall asleep almost straight away and wake up a few hours later with it still playing. One of the things I dislike about books on audible, is that they are just numbered and not given chapter titles, and that applies here too. It would be helpful to know what I'm listening to and whether I should be listening to it all in one go, through the night.
However, that said, I have noticed a difference in my focus. The mornings after listening, I do definitely feel more organised and proactive and the aftereffects seem to last a few days, so I will keep on listening whenever I feel I really need to.

VERY OBVIOUS CHANGE IN BEHAVOUR!
In the introduction the author discusses how people who are successful with hypnosis, are such because they have a willingness to change the behaviour prior to seeking the hypnosis. This is definitely the case with myself. My pattern of self sabotage via procrastination is crippling at times!
This book has worked for me... and over only a few days of listening as I'm falling asleep at night. I have seen a marked difference in my behaviour. I am getting tasks done without all the mental torture I normally put myself through beforehand... almost thoughtlessly just attacking the tasks!
I hope this remains because I'm in the third year of my engineering degree and I have so much work to do... let alone running a household, raising a child and working.
I hope it works for others as it has for me... it is such a relief not to worry that I might let myself down! Life is challenging enough as it is!!!
