Helpful From a man's perspective
I found this book at a time when I was feeling a bit off in my relationship. I'm the quiet type, and my partner's outgoing nature sometimes made me question where I fit into the picture. I've never been big on sharing my worries, thinking it's better to deal with things on my own.
This book cut straight to the point: keeping quiet about what's bugging you can actually make things worse. It pushed me to talk to my partner about stuff I'd normally keep to myself. Turns out, opening up made a huge difference. We had some real talks that cleared the air and brought us closer.
For any guy out there who thinks holding back is the way to go, this book might change your mind. It did for me. Sharing your thoughts isn't just about airing out issues; it's about making your relationship stronger. My partner and I are on a better track now, all because I learned it's okay to speak up.

I had no idea about so many of these things...
Is "overthinking" a new psychology term these days? I certainly recognized so many of the descriptions (for myself and good friends and family). Favorite chapters: The Art of Saying No (in the first book), Relationship Boundaries (in the second book). One thing I noticed was that the recording quality changed throughout the book, this surprises and distracted me. Nonetheless, this was helpful and also included meditations and affirmations. A solid overall treatment to really address the issue and help folks move through it and truly improve their lives (it did for me).
