Packed with useful advice
This audiobook is filled with tips and strategies that are very useful if you are in your own head and get anxious like I do. It has so many strategies - self talk, gratitude practice, practical devices to manage your own brain. The narration is calming and a great addition to the practical advice. Highly recommended.

Loads of practical advice for finding calm!
"Overcome Overthinking & Anxiety Naturally" by Tiegan Williams could be a game-changer for anyone like me who struggles with anxiety and (constantly!) overthinking. The audiobook is packed with 30 practical strategies that feel really doable and cover everything from how to change your thoughts to improving your diet and sleep. What I loved most was the narrator's clear and friendly voice, which made me feel like I was getting advice from a wise friend. I think one of the best takeaways from the book (for me, anyway) is that it's not all just what's going on in your brain - simple lifestyle changes can make a massive difference. Powerful and Actionable Techniques
If you worry to the point of rumination and feel as though your mind is running in the hamster wheel, you should listen to this terrific book. Author Tiegan Williams provides a suite of strategies and techniques to help you change your mindset. The many topics include avoiding destructive thought patterns (such as catastrophizing and overgeneralization), challenging and replacing negative thoughts, broadening your perspective on your worries, treating yourself compassionately and kindly, acknowledging small wins, and so much more.
Some strategies that resonated with me include changing “What if…” to “If …, I will …” and catching yourself to say “I am being too hard on myself.” I also appreciate the way Williams backs up her advice by explaining both our evolutionary bent to focus on the negative and (fortunately) our neural plasticity (rewiring our brains by changing our thoughts and habits). Williams also helpfully focuses on physical health, hydration, and getting enough sleep. The writing and narration are supportive and encouraging.

Creating a Calmer mind, naturally
This is the audiobook I have been searching for, a guide to teaching me how to slow down my racing thoughts, lessen my anxiety and free me from this endless loop without using pharmaceuticals. The author gives you 30 strategies you can use to stop negative thinking and over thinking without doing anything medical or "out there". I found the audiobook to make a lot of sense and be very supportive.

Encouraging
I like the idea of decluttering my mind to overcome overthinking, it's absolutely where I need to focus this week.
Throughout the audio there are definitions of cognitive behavioral therapy and how it works for overthinking and anxiety with many different activity options. With us as humans beings we are hardwired to hear the negative and dwell on the negative, but we can change those habits and have a better life. Recognize your negative traits, visualize a distraction, divert your attention, change your focus, be curious and reprogram those negatives.
Create an idea of a big future to progress toward, focus on your work forward which will help your mind create new neuro- pathways or try to change things up and learn new things.
Mindfulness is explained with guided meditations and exercises. Workouts and fitness, Mental health exercises, Creative ideas are suggested, 40 Acts of kindness are listed. Focusing on the positives in life will benefit tremendously.
