Summary
Stop paying the high cost of disorganization.
Late fees on forgotten bills. A home full of clutter and unfinished projects. Eroding respect with your friends, family, and colleagues. Health worries from doctor's appointments you keep meaning to schedule. Nonstop anxiety as you wait for the other shoe to drop.
You deserve better.
Order from Chaos will teach you how your brain works and how to stop getting in your own way. Mixing stories from the trenches of her own experience as a mom and wife with ADHD with wise, well-researched advice from her years as a blogger at the ADHD Homestead, Jaclyn Paul shows you how to design your own system for restoring order.
Past failures don't have to define you. Order from Chaos offers a helping hand to get you on the path to a more peaceful and rewarding life.

Best book to takle mess, lateness and overwhelm
listened to this four times in a month while stuffing things into clothing banks, bins, charity bags, containment baskets...
The style of organising is sensitive to what I can actually achieve. So many organising books are written for organized people! Not this one! Write more Jaclyn :)

I got some good tips
I haven’t read GTD, so this book was a bit like 2-in-1 for me. Author explained what and how she uses from GTD to stay organised.
Also some tips what not to do. I liked that as both she and her husband have ADHD, she showed that not everything works for everybody.

One person's organisation strategy
If you're looking to learn about ADHD this book isn't for you. If you're looking for organisation techniques I'm not sure this is for you either - the author states that she pretty much used and summarises Getting Things Done. This felt more like a walk through of what worked for the author, which is great, and may work for you, but wasn't for me.

The narrator is hard to listen to
I just couldn't take in the story/info; the narrator has a slightly grating american accent which sounds rather robotic to my ears. It's just not engaging, disappointing.
