Summary
Once a week Rosie Tipcott counts her blessings. She goes to sit on her favourite bench on the North Devon cliffs and thanks her lucky stars for her wonderful husband, her mischievous young daughters and her house by the sea.
But then her husband unexpectedly leaves her for another woman and takes the children. Now she must ask the question: what is left in her life? Can Rosie find the strength to rebuild herself? More importantly, does she even want to?

ok
Easy listening. Fairly predictable ending. Not a very exciting read. I wouldn't recommend or read again.

Beautifully read
I usually only read historical novels and fact based books but got a little bored with them during lockdown so looked for a new genre. Now hooked!
Loved this story - easy to listen to and contained a little bit of everything.
Amanda Prowse is an extreme talented author - glad to have found her books.

My Husbands Wife
A good read. Well narrated. Wasn't the ending I thought it would be. I was happy for the main character Rosie. though. A recommended read.

Story a bit “boo” but good listen anyway
I don’t know - story was just a little “boo”. Maybe it was just too heavy - how badly Rosie is treated/ how her mother left her and her hubby does the same - but for no reason either time. Maybe lacked depth? Love Amanda Prowse though - and her narration made up for anything else.
