Beautiful book about Processing Grief

The author shares a very personal story of the loss of her spouse. She shares her heartaches, sorrows, and sadness and her journey to healing. I found hearing her story and listening to the narrator's soothing voice very supportive, familiar, and peaceful. The author shares her lessons on dying and living and grieving and the entirety of it all. A very moving audiobook that I think will help out anyone dealing with the loss of a loved one.
