Simple but Excellent

This is one of the great books that I've lisned. All the steps are leads you to a better relationship. The book breaks down a range of issues that arise in relationships and suggests concrete ways to steer back toward more stable, healthy ground. This is a great book for everyone.

Very helpful audiobook

These days I'm trying to have more mindfulness in my personal and in family file. I was pleasantly surprised when I found this book and I believe it is a great guide how you can add more mindfulness to your relationship with your soulmate in order to keep both of you happy and satisfied. I loved this book.

excellent

just what u need need hear if you're struggling in your relationship, some great points on how to make your relationship work and why relationships fall apart . Well explained the benefits of a mindful relationship, identifying toxic relationships and a detailed plan on how to grow a loving relationship that lasts for a happier life .

Mindfulness and presence

Any relationship can and will bump into challenges, especially the longer you are together. I've been with my boyfriend for 12 years and I can't possibly stress enough how incredibly important mindful habits and presence are!
This audiobook is a great guide to maintaining awareness of both your self and each other, and bringing appreciation and mindfulness back into your relationships when it needs it the most. Of course it's only natural that after a while we start taking some things for granted, but it is dangerous if we don't notice it because it makes the other person suffer. You don't wanna end up feeling like roommates living NEXT TO each other and functioning on autopilot!
This book dives deep into why relationships fall apart, how we can fix bad habits and stop being mentally absent. It's a positive listen full of real-life examples and follow up points. Would 100% recommend!

Put in the effort & reap the rewards!

Doing what you can to put in all the effort you can is what contributes to a healthy, happy relationship. Sure you might not get it right all the time, that's where this book comes in. It is insightful and full of useful hints and tips to ensure you can foster the best relationship possible with your partner. A real winner - highly recommend!

This book is a life-changer!

As suggested by a friend, I found this audiobook on Audible when I was going through a tough time in life. But after referring to this, I was able to gather hope and give second chances to everything in my life that was falling apart. Wouldn't that be the exact thing that everyone needs rather than quitting! My fiance and I listened to this together and learned what a lot of change could do to a relationship when communication becomes the key. This book is a super helpful companion to make your relationship stay healthy and fresh throughout your lifetime. I usually listen to this audiobook 3-4 times a week for motivation and promise myself that the mistakes won't repeat. A must-have if you need to change your life!

Lots of information and tips!

The author has put together a great deal of information from what to look for in a healthy relationship to how to maintain a happy, healthy and fulfilling relationship and everything in between.
I really liked the information about how to build a loving relationship with your partner but also having a healthy balance of having outside interests which are outside of your relationship.

As the author alluded to the saying, absence makes the heart grow fonder, it is so true, if you spend all your time together, you'll start to annoy each other...it is really important to have a hobby or spend time with friends or family to keep you interested in each other!

Easy to Follow!

Having good relations is tremendous, but maintaining it is the main thing to be learned from this book. The book gives healthy tips on taking stock of what each person in the relationship has and what they lack, making it easy to get what they lack and have a healthy relationship. There is a lot of effort to be invested into any meaningful relationship. The book gives tips on knowing what a mindful relationship is and using them effectively for having healthy relationship.

Concise, Solid and Useful

A lot of relationship advice in books tends to be generic and a bit unhelpful when you are looking for specific insights to solve communication problems. Not this book though. I especially found chapter 3 helpful – I have started working on some of the tips given for mending your relationships.
