The author presents several ideas in a progression to help with concentration and focus as well as more control over your thoughts. I felt this book was very easy to follow. Another method, one that has potential for a great many associations, is imagining the items to remember on a journey, Whether it be a short journey around your house or a long journey across the nation. Very well organized and succinct, full of insights that provide clarity on the subject, your own motivations, and to be used as tools in the process of becoming more self-disciplined. There are a lot more books out there that would be more helpful for reaching enlightenment. I felt this book was very easy to follow.

filled with interesting information
The chapters are filled with interesting information such as exercises to keep your brain active, information about mind hacking. This book is definitely a confidence booster. It brings up issues with self-esteem to rewire train of thought. No matter what your goals are, if your brain is shaped in a way that is not helpful, you will never achieve them. This book recognizes that your mind will want to slip back into old patterns and remind yourself that you're reconditioning yourself to have positive thoughts and take positive actions

Amazingly comfortable to hear
Amazingly comfortable to hear, a lot of stories related to the subject and the best is the resume at the end of each chapter amazing book. This is a great book no doubt and I enjoyed the amazing narration skills employed. I was surprised when and how it ended though. I just love this book as it has given me a different way of working and I've already found it to be really effective. Best ever book it will literally change your life for the better.
