This behind-the-scenes look at his career considers his management style, psychology, and philosophy, focusing on his response to doping and other crises during his term at the helm of Team Sky. Ok for the price
I paid less than £2 for this. I think that's a fair price I certainly wouldn't have wanted to pay any more.
For me this is worth a listen but doesn't contain the detail I would like.

Great content, interesting insights
I'm a big cycling fan but didn't know much about Brailsford until listening to this. it's great to know what he's like behind the scenes to link to what you're watching on TV.
Could have outsourced the narration for a bit more enthusiasm but it's not as bad as other reviews make out.

I’ve never even watched cycling and I loved it!
I was hoping to get a little more insight into the Marginal Gains theory - this isn’t the book I expected, but loved! :)

Insightful loved it
Not a cycling fan, that said I’m really interested in marginal gains and Dave Brailsford took this on and proved it works. Enjoyable insight into the man who helped bring so much joy to the UK.
