Great tips!!
This book definitely helped me comprehend what overthinking is and the telltale indications that indicate whether you are one. I could absolutely identify with the symptoms such as fretting over events that occurred months ago, obsessively wondering what-ifs, staying up late at night, and thinking about them. The book, in my opinion, did a great job of outlining how to quit overthinking.

A variety of useful skills!!
I'm struggling with sadness and anxiety. I've done it all my life. I was raised in a family where physical and psychological violence was pervasive. I learned many new techniques from this book that I can apply to my daily life. I have to use them regularly and with a purpose in mind if I want to overcome my depression and anxiety.
