The crazy grimness of this story made me laugh
By the end the story made me laugh from it’s crazy twist and turns but so much of it relatable to serious life issues too. I nearly decided not to listen at the beginning but narrator stopped jarring on me quite so much as I got hooked on the storyline.

Liked it until the end.
The end felt rushed. Left me feeling a bit deflated. Thought it would have tied up better.

The ending was a bit of a disappointment!
Overall it was good to listen to and the characters were very personable. For me the end lacked the depth that the rest of the story had which was a shame. This is just my opinion. It’s worth a listen as a free book.

Really quite funny 😁
Another great book by Anita Waller. she writes with a northern comic feel to this book which is really a twisty little thriller!

Revenge is a dish best served cold
It was a very dark comedy, some times I took a deep breath, others laughed.
Sad how the characters lives were a mess.

A decent story
This was a free listen and as such, it was pretty good.
I might not have felt as complimentary if I'd paid.
I didn't feel the narrator was the right choice, but she didn't ruin the story but it did let down a little (in my opinion)
