Summary

Loved it
Great loved this story from start finish, a young girl who thinks herself plain and thinking no man wants her, was great to see her realise that she was loved.

Really captivating story
Really hard to press pause on this audiobook, the story was really good. Not remotely historically accurate, but who cares, the characters were richly brought to life and who can resist a love story? I genuinely like Alice Coldbreath's writing style, and I'm giving 5 stars to the narrator too.
This is really worth a listen.

Very enjoyable entertaining listen
this is the first book i’ve listened to by this author a simple story line well told the narrator was easy to listen to i particularly loved Uncle Cedrics character

Great characters and story line!
Couldnt stop listening and you will need your headphones for this one, the sex scenes are.....well you will just have to listen/read to find out!!!!

A good short story, shame about the narration
Enjoyable storyline if you can get past the poor narration. When she dips out of character voice and into narrator voice it is very monotonal and makes the story seem quite boring.
