This book gets to the point with many examples of deadly relationship habits and how they can be eliminated. It discusses other challenges like blaming, codependency, controlling, rescuing, fixing and enabling, silent treatment, rehearsing, nursing and cursing, denial, and unforgiveness, with examples and recommendations on how to avoid or resolve these challenges. It’s highly recommended!
