KETOSIS DIET INTRODUCTION
I began my Ketosis journey officially in April of 2017. At the time of writing my first book, I had been following the diet for 50 days. In that time, I lost 26lbs (12kg). I continued to lose weight at about one to two pounds per week.
I say that I began 50 days before, but the truth of the matter is, I had been mentally preparing for this for nearly a year. Longer, if I am honest about it. When I have posted pictures and stories, I continually was asked the following questions: What are you doing? What is involved? How do I get started? Is there a meal plan to follow? This book is my effort to help you on your way since, as much as I adore my well-meaning friends and family, I do not have the time to personally coach them all.
This book includes the introduction to the Ketosis Diet and an additional easy seven day meal plan. This book is intended to kick-start you with an easy-to-understand approach.
