Pain is beautiful for those who have to much of it
I hated the beginning, the triggers it brought me was extreme. I cried and tortured myself listening.
But, when I reached the end i started to understand even myself. The pain extreme trauma can cause is full of selfharm and destruction. And sadly there is something beautiful in surviving even when you don't work through it.
So there is only one line to to describe this books story and what it made me feel ; pain is beautiful for those who have to much of it.

I liked it
to broken people fine each other and fix it i liked this story, easy listening, apart from the origin stories are hard to hear but they learn to heal from it later.

Beautiful story and voices
The vocals of the actors is perfectly suited to the story.
The story it's self is amazingly well written and adapted.
100% would recommend to any romance fans.

Loved it
I think I’ve listened to it more than a half dozen times, somehow always finding my way back to it, the first dual pov- dual narration I’ve ever listened to.
The story is great, the style of writing matching the pacing beautifully. A modern day Beauty and the Beast, h giving herself up in order to save the brother that she loves, a dark H accustomed to taking what he wants. A thrill to listen to because you kind of know what you’re getting yourself into because of the prologue, yet you don’t.
And the narrators are just exquisite. Christian Fox’s voice is just perfection, both sleek and strong, not the usual low bass you expect from a male narrator, but polished and ruff at the same time,
dangerously elegant.
Kate’s voice is wonderfully scratchy, perfect for the character she’s portraying, painting a perfect picture of contrasts between the two heroes.
Absolutely loved it!
Most definitely will listen to it again.

BRILLIANT
Wonderful, brilliant, what a listen this was!! I love the way Natasha writes you know there's going to be everything in her books. Totally terrific. loved the story especially Killian, Christian Fox really brought him to life. characters are so real it was al pleasure to listen to. A definite must for all those that love a good dark romance. loved it, loved it and loved it some more. Well done Natasha!! xx
