About this listen
One small town, two entirely different worlds.
Daniel Estmond has endured too much loss in his lifetime. His mother, his father, his fiancé...all of them gone from this world. Every day he wonders which person he loves will come next. He drinks away the pain and numbs the anger that only seems to fester with time.
What do you have to fight for when you've lost everything?
Reese Knight inherited Knights Bar when her father was killed. She grew up in Summer Hollow and has known the Estmond family her entire life. She always knew they were strange, but who wasn't in a small town. Now, she finds herself slipping further into their lives, specifically the tortured existence of Daniel Estmond, and she is discovering that their family has secrets.
Daniel and Reese are brought together by unlikely circumstances as each confront decisions they never thought they would have to make.

This is book 4 in what I believe is a 6 book series. I jumped at the opportunity to listen to and review this book when it came, up on Audio Books Unleashed as I had already listened to book 1 of the series and loved it.
I found it a little slow to start with but, after a couple of chapters the story picked up pace and I enjoyed it just as much as the first book. Chris Koprowski did a great job with the narration, he was very good.
The book focuses on the character Daniel Estmond. I must admit I did not like Daniel in the fist book but listening to his story has changed that and I now understand his character.

very good!
I haven't read the earlier books in the series but it was really easy to get into the story. It is very much character driven rather than action so I got to know the characters very well. The action scenes were very dramatic and suspenseful especially the attack on Reece.
The narrator does a great job with the different character voices.
I look forward to listening to the rest of the series.

It is a yes to Keeper of Spirits
I so enjoyed listening to Chris Koprowski , Perfect for this book.
Another excellent instalment of this series. I found the characters are enjoyable and believable . I found myself laughing out loud and wanting to and shouting at certain characters. Action and a twist or two.
Recommend this book and series.
