Please change the Narrator
The Narrator is just not up to the quality that this book deserves . I’ve bought the physical book now as gave up listening to it with Audible ,

Gripping. Intriguing story line. Well narrated.
I have only read one other Adelle Parks story, but if all of her writing is as good as the two that I’ve read that I thoroughly recommend reading all her books

I felt a bit cheated as if Id read it before ?!
I felt a bit disapointed by this book as I wish I’d re read the first book to remind myself what happened as throughout the book I kept feeling like I’ve already read this book. I know about this book, like it was something already read, so I don’t think I’ve got the enjoyment out of it that I expected.

What a rollercoaster
I spent ages in the book so confused , flicking from one character to another and eventually my brain clicked onto what the book was doing ..
Very very cleverly written and I was glued in the end .. superb narration .
Highly recommend

Very strong
A great thriller. I actually hadn’t realised it was a sequel until after I finished so I don’t know how it stands up to the original. I don’t feel like you need anything from the first book to enjoy this one. Yes bits of the plot are a bit ridiculous but I enjoyed the story and found it difficult to stop listening to

Wish I'd realised this was a sequel!
Just between us is set at the time of Covid. Now I have avoided reading books set during this time period as living through it was enough without being reminded of it but... Adele Parks while uses the pandemic to create the plausible plot, the story is not about the virus, it is just being used which is very clever.
The plot is quite complex but reeled me in from the beginning. In short Kylie Gillingham, a bigamist has disappeared and both her husbands are initially in the frame for her murder but nothing is quite as it seems.
It wasn't until I got to the end of the book that I discovered that this was a sequel, although I then realised I had known, I just hadn't bought the first one at the same time. I will have to rectify that even though listening back to front messes with my brain a bit, as I loved this story with its ingenious plotting and equally devilish characters, it was a real treat!

Wow! Worth the wait!
What a great book & well narrated. While it has been awhile since I’ve read Both Of You, as I got into this one it came back with a vengeance and I was ready to find out what happens next to Kylie, her husbands & children.
.Adele grabs you quickly into the plot and scatters your mind with excellence,l and storyline intensity.
kept me immersed while the tension builds and the plot deepens and in true Adele style there’s twists and turns all the way to the end. A skilful, robust and carefully plotted serial.

So boring!
Not impressed at all, predictable storyline , totally unbelievable, really disappointing I thought. Although the author’s use of English was impressive I thought the plot completely silly. Nothing was really akin to real life and the whole story for the reader was predictable… I would definitely not recommend this book..
