About this listen
Two rival radio personalities. Lori Martin is a positive and upbeat DJ, known for playing love songs and dedications. Ben Baxter dishes out no-nonsense, in-your-face relationship advice. Total opposites. Never in a million years would they want to work together.
Fired for losing her cool after her boyfriend breaks up with her on the air, Lori surprisingly receives a job offer for the coveted morning show at the radio station across town where Ben works. She thinks she's replacing him but finds out they want to team up Lori with her archenemy to set the air waves on fire and boost ratings. Financially strapped, she can't turn down the job.
While their on-air fireworks and explosive chemistry make for great listening, what in the world will happen after work hours?

So funny
I would have loved more saucy scenes but I did laugh a few times. Great story

A bit cheeky
Yes it is what you expect it to be, but for me it was a bit to easy through the entire thing. sometimes you want the chase, the excitement. but this gives you everything on a silver platter, ready to eat. The readers are doing a good job. nothing on them.

Over all an ok listen
Story was ok, albeit pretty cringy in parts and the narration sounded very robotic and exaggerated

Loved this love story
Story was great and so we’re the characters (all of them) I don’t usually like American narrative but these guys were superb. Going to look for another Amooi book now!!

Love extends to all ages
I thought this was too cute. I love that the characters are almost 40; you almost forget that's the case as you listen.
I will say, though, Chapter 25 has the heroines' "ears" crying. I almost missed it.
The story's nice enough to ignore it. All in all, it's cute.
