The psychology of art
I never knew how important these staging tactics were for making your house seem like a million bucks!
Inside this audiobook, you'll learn all sorts of ways you can use art etc to make people fall in love with your house and buy it! (even if they aren't getting to keep the house).
It shows them what their house can look like and if they love that? Of course they will buy... BUT you have to do it right.

great guidance
Valerie's advice on adding art to interior design is comprehensive and valuable. I'm going to employ many of her strategies in my own home. I particularly appreciate her advice on using plants and determining art pieces' proportions and rugs' proportions. This book is a must-read if you're trying to sell your home!

Love it
This is a wonderful book explaining about how to add art to your home to help stage the house for selling and bring you to a successful sell. The author starts off how it is important to having art hangin on your wall and not to have personal photos, because doing that can hurt your chances of selling the home. Next the journey of this audiobook leads you to having accessories such as plants, curtains, etc. Lastly, teaches you on the colors your walls should be and why. My favorite chapter 3 is color, because it taught me things I would not have thought of myself. This audiobook will help you elevate your home to make sure it gets sold.

Great resource

Interesting information, not just for real estate
Where I'm not selling my house, I do plan on utilizing the information within this book. Everyone wants their home to look inviting and make people inviting, ido feel like my place needs a little spiffying up, i will be listening to this again and implementing her tips.
I do have friends who are in real estate as well. I will definitely be sharing this book and information with them. I feel like this book will be beneficial for anyone who is in real estate and those who are just trying to improve their home living. There are useful tips within this book about opening up the space with different decor items, paintings, etc. There is lots of great info in this book

MAKE YOUR HOME MORE PRESENTABLE!!!!!
Woww! The book is so so refreshing. As I didn't know before that one can do a lot to his/her own home, in order to make buyers fall in love with your home. "JUST ADD ART" This is a proper guide that offers you various important home staging advices/tips that you must know, like; the ideal placement of things, wall art types, organizing, rearranging furniture and much more. It explains how you can strategically use the art and color to create universally appealing space.
The most beautiful thing is the advices are easiest to follow. If you are someone who wants to add art to your house and sell it, then you should read this book! You will gain a lot of new information about what you can do to your home to make it look more fascinating. Very useful tips are explained about how you can open up the space with different items of decorations.
