About this listen

This unnamed soldier joined up with Wellington's forces against the wish of his parents, and served right through the Peninsular War and also fought at Waterloo.

This book contains his experiences in the field during all that time. He recounts his part in the various battles and the privations the men had to suffer through.

FNH Audio presents an unabridged reading of this Napoleonic memoir.

Narration wrong

Was looking forward to hearing this story. Narration should have been by someone with a Scottish accent. The author was born in Edinburgh. The voice telling the story is from the South of England. Could not continue listening. Can I have my credit back please?
